This is basic accommodation at a reasonable price. Great location walkable to most of Ottawa's central attractions. We were there for the half marathon and the start/finish is less than a five minute walk away. Second time I have stayed there.

The stay was cheap, convenient access to the train and close to downtown. As for the stay, prepare for: -Towels for infants -15 degree room with no heat - Extremely thin blanket - Beds shapped like a 🌮 Cutlery would have been nice. But excellent access to everything nearby for a good price.
