"Excellent service I just left a review when I checked in regarding anither bathrobe and they called me literally in less than 1 minute to ask for my needs and sent an associate to deliver the second bathrobe right away. Never experience such an amazing and fast service "

"There was an ice storm expected and I have a handicapped sticker because of an operation gone bad on my foot,anyways we went to the Senators game and when we got back all the parking was taken cuz all thier contract buddies had to take shelter and a paying handicapped customer had to seek parking elsewhere as they never plowed thier own spaces so I had to park elsewhere in the freezing rain. Thanks a lot Ottawa, love you too, till never again have a nice day.oh and its been 4 days since we checked out and they are still hanging on to my $100 deposit "
