"Old baseboard heaters that are like guesse work as to what temperature the room will be. "

"Room smelled so bad i had to go buy room freshener, could feel springs in the mattress, pillows were like little balls stuffed in pillow cases, tv remote didn't work right, shampoo and soap dispensers in shower were empty, no hand towel or wash towel provided. Shelf in bathroom was rusty, it's a costal property. Staff was friendly. "

"Parking was great. The indoor pool was nice. My 4 yr old granddaughter got sick during our stay and a little got on the comforter so I took it to them and explained what happened. The receptionist didn’t make me feel like crap for not getting her to the bathroom in time. She got a basket for it, and asked how my stay was. I will definitely go back, the river and the seals in the water were so beautiful."

"This was a great bargain and a nice place to spend the night. The staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I had a nice ocean view from the top balcony and the rooms are off the main highway which made for a quiet night. I highly recommend this hotel if traveling through Brookings, Oregon."

"This was my first vivit to Brookings and it is a very nice town. The owner, who checked me in, was great and really made me feel welcome. I definitely liked the covered parking. That would come in very handy when it rains."

"Everything was fine until I found out I had a double charge, I was charged for two rooms. The desk clerk that I spoke to over the phone was so rude and brushed me off. I emailed Expedia and waiting for a response. Place was not clean beds felt sandy like they did not change the covers.. We did not sleep good at all loud neighbors passed midnight . Horrible experience "
