"The carpet was filthy. It had stains everywhere. The refrigerator didn’t work and we didn’t get a new one until the next day. Then the microwave stopped working. The room was old. The windows was dirty, so the view was not clear. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"we were very impressed with the staff. We were greeted nicely and in a timely manner and anytime we had questions, we were able to ask and get answers. The room was very clean. We liked facing out into the green space rather than the parking lot! The pool area and hot tub area were clean and pleasant to use. I asked for outdoor seating and the front desk person ran and got me a chair and table and set me up outside the pool so I could sit outside and read my book! I loved that! Thank you for a pleasant day."

"What a great surprise Lincoln City and The Coho Oceanside Lodge were. We had the most beautiful view of the ocean and the staff was great. We brought our 2 dogs and they even had treat bags for them. Can't wait to come back again."

"Great place to stay, the hotel also has condos so it is a nice mix of residents and hotel guests. The property is very nicely maintained with a jacuzzi, heated pool (outdoors) sauna (separated by gender in the shower rooms). They also have a duck pond with Muscovy ducks. They have easy walkable access to the Devils Punchbowl and the beach below. The devil's Punchbowl access does go through a neighborhood before getting to the recreational area. You can see many surfers in this area in addition to the devil's punchbowl. The hotel's on-site restaurant has very nice pizza as well. The hotel room was comfortable and the bad was a very comfortable hybrid mattress."
