"he heck-in started on a sour note, when we arrived at 3:00 after a long trip, there was nobody at the desk. We hunted around, and found somebody in the laundry room. We were reminded that Check-in is not until 4:00 pm, and it stated that on our booking. REALLY. Out of 100's of bookings, I have never been told I could not check-in at 3:00. A staff member eventually showed up, and was very pleasant and proceeded to check us in. Although not requested, we asked for a ground floor and we were happily accommodated. The room was great (King with Sofa Bed). Very spacious, clean and modern. Aside from a freezer it had everything else. We also found out that this Hotel cleans the room daily without requesting. Many Hotels have stopped doing that. The complimentary Breakfast was very good (except the last morning of our 4 night stay, the scrambled eggs were crumbly and dry). This is a very nice and Modern Hotel with great rooms, and the staff are very friendly. We had to figure out the TV functions since for the first 2 nights, the TV Alarm turned the TV on in the middle of the night. Great Hotel, strongly recommend and we would come back again the next time we are in the area."

"We love this place! Comfortable room with good mattresses, great shower pressure, soft towels and good sized mini refrigerator. Beautiful grounds and very quiet. The included breakfast is excellent."
