Fantastic hotel, best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had it was amazing! Parking was hard to find but other than that it was excellent. Would highly recommend and wish I could stay longer

- Zeer proper en moderne kamer met goede hoofdkussens en ruime douche - Verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Roereieren mochten zeker wat langer gebakken zijn. - Jammer dat je moet bijbetalen voor de wellness/fitness/zwembad. - Uitstekende ligging, veel horeca in de buurt. Parking van het hotel is wel duur (20 €/dag), beter parkeren buiten het centrum (gratis).

Pleasant surprise

This was a very pleasant surprise. We booked last minute and didnt know we weren't in Brussels. But what a treat it was. The staff was nice but it was the hotel itself and tge area we loved. A beautiful location if you just want to getaway for a few days

Flot og stort.

Yderst flot hotel og god beliggenhed. Lidt ærgerligt over spaens korte åbningstider. Og det var svært at finde rundt da man skulle køre i en stor forvirrende p-kælder... Men ellers flot og helt klart et sted vi kunne havne igen.

En tant qu’habitué des hôtels, je me permets de partager mon profond mécontentement concernant mon récent séjour dans votre établissement, classé 4 étoiles, mais qui selon moi n’en mérite pas plus de 2. Dès notre arrivée, plusieurs éléments ont laissé transparaître un grand manque de rigueur et de soin : • Des cheveux retrouvés sur les draps à notre arrivée. • Un mini-bar dans lequel des sachets usagés (laissés par d’anciens clients) n’ont même pas été retirés. • Une moquette tachée, visiblement négligée depuis un bon moment. • Et le pire pour un établissement de cette catégorie : un petit déjeuner de qualité industrielle, avec du jus d’orange en poudre, des œufs brouillés dégoulinants de beurre et un buffet bien loin des standards qu’on est en droit d’attendre. J’ai pris des photos des éléments mentionnés, que j’ai partagées avec la direction lors de mon séjour. Malheureusement, aucun geste, ni mesure concrète n’a été pris, alors même que l’on m’a reconnu que ces problèmes étaient connus. C’est incompréhensible. Je suis également surpris de voir autant d’avis positifs, car rien ne justifie une telle note pour une prestation aussi approximative. Soit il s’agit d’un réel manque de remise en question, soit d’un décalage inquiétant entre l’image affichée et la réalité sur place. Beware the pictures showing a pullout couch. Not all rooms, despite being labeled suites, have one (and the alternative is like a double chair, thinly padded, too narrow to sleep on and uncomfortable even as a place to just sit). The front desk staff after some confused promises over several days eventually provided us with a room that did have a true pull-out one. If you need one, contact the hotel directly. Other than that, very nice hotel. The breakfast buffet features some Belgian specialties along the usual array of hot and cold items. The restaurant is excellent (best blanquette de veau ever!) And if you rent a car, select a really small one. Parking spots are tight for the hotel and everywhere else in Belgium.

Nice bed & location. Bad service and Spa

The hotel location is great, the room was comfortable, but the service has room to improve, especially for a 4* hotel: -The hotel did not have any shampoo (they were out of stock for the week), -They were out of washcloths for the entire week -Breakfast was hit or miss depending on the day. Some days, the eggs were severely undercooked. I do not mind runny eggs, but half the time, they looked more like an egg soup -The spa service (manicure / pedicure) was horrible: it was so painful that we almost had to ask them to stop -We had to ask 3 people at the front desk to finally get a parking pass. The first 2 people told us that we had to pay every time that we got in and out. The 3rd finally told us that we could prepay for the week and get in and out as many times as we wanted. The beds were super comfortable though
