"Lovely building and grounds. Most of the staff were very good. Robbie in the restaurant was helpful as was the man on reception. Rooms very dated. Not much vegan choice of food on the menu. There is also no porter to help with luggage and no robes or slippers to go to the spa."

Nearly Perfect.
"Nice room, very cosy. The bed felt a bit small but was comfy enough. The room was quite warm so we left the windows open at night but it was so noisy at around 4.30am Sunday morning with rowdy people spilling out from the pubs to go to the 24hr McDonalds that faces the building. Good location though ..."

Hotel is beautiful. Shame that staff wasn’t very accommodating and helpful. We were kept awake by the extremely loud and banging, noisy music until 1am as there was a party. Staff didn’t inform us and not even water is provided in room. Disappointing
