Plenty of take away places, pubs and convenience shops and local shops plus only 5 miles from leeds city centre

Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. I was kept awake for most of the night by a loud, constant buzzing noise in the hallway outside my room. I contacted reception twice during the night and was later told it was caused by a valve that couldn’t be switched off, so nothing could be done. ...

Seamless transition from the train without leaving the station. Easy check-in and door key experience using the Aero Guest app. Clean room, and a nice setting.

The hotel is lovely. The receptionist Claudia looked on her screen when we arrived to early to ask if there was somewhere we could put our bags looked on her screen and said the room allocated to us was ready and allowed us to have our room key to leave our bags in. Hotel is beautiful. Shame that staff wasn’t very accommodating and helpful. We were kept awake by the extremely loud and banging, noisy music until 1am as there was a party. Staff didn’t inform us and not even water is provided in room. Disappointing
There is everything you need in one place,
Great place to relax. We took our dog which was a great option and the grounds were lovely for a walk
Golf Course in the grounds, possible B&B stopover
Went to the Rothwell Beer festival which showcased oner 50 cask ales and local live bands, it was great
