Good location if you want to be downtown. The parking is a bit of a problem but the staff helped us out with. Park in the parking garage first and then check in. I.parkwd on the sidewalk, ran in, injured about parking, and then parked. Not the others.

I enjoyed my stay thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the hotel's location near the shops and restaurants. The room was clean and well-arranged, making for a pleasant stay. ​My only criticisms are that the blinds were too small to properly cover the window and that there was a recurring issue with the shower turning on by itself in the middle of the night. Despite these hiccups, it was a great choice for my trip.

GreenStar Hotel, Oulu was centrally based in downtown Oulu. The shopping center Valkea was just around the corner which had many excellent stores, restaurant's and grocery store where you can buy all necessary products for yourself and family members. The hotel room was very good and the bed was excellent. The breakfast was very good because it had variety of everything you need. When I come the next time I will reserve a room at GreenStar Hotel. The price was reasonable for the service. GreenStar is located close to the Railway Station.

This place is only recommended for solo or single traveler who can adjust with anything. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED for families with kids. This is exactly similar to a cruise style cabin. Only benefit is City center since everything is nearby and its convenient.

They charge for breakfast 12-14 euros! The laundry is free but there are no dryers. This place is very conciously GREEN! Credit cards are used for everything in the city.

Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation email for my second room booking, which required me to contact customer service for assistance. I would like to commend your customer service team for their helpfulness, politeness, and patience during our conversation. However, I must express my disappointment with the condition of the rooms. I found the accommodations to be quite lacking. The fridge in one of the rooms was excessively noisy and could not be turned off, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, the table was not clean, and there was no table lamp available, unlike in the other room occupied by my companions. The bathroom facilities also left much to be desired. The absence of a removable shower head made for an inconvenient experience, and the shower curtain felt outdated. The overall space felt cramped, reminiscent of a cabin rather than a comfortable hotel room. Moreover, I noticed that the linen in one of the rooms was stained, which was quite concerning. The bed placement, right against the window and curtains, further contributed to the feeling of confinement. Overall, I found the hotel to be quite dated and more suited for a budget stay. I believe there is significant room for improvement in both the facilities and clean. We arrived after 23:00 and were quite tired from our journey. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with parking, as there were no available spaces at the hotel. We managed to find alternative parking, but it added to our stress
