"My friend and I stayed here during a trip to climb Mount Toubkal and it couldn't have been better. From the moment we arrived to departure we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff at the hotel who were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. "Arrival to the property in dark was least assuring as details from Expedia hadn’t reached the place.(?) Don’t be surprised when street pavement ends 15 meters before the gate, nobody answers and have to chase down property manager’s direct phone number from neighboring residents. "I was a bit disappointed with my stay here as it looked a lot better in the photos and description than the reality. It felt quite run down and I experienced power cuts and a leaky ceiling onto my bed during the rain that evening. I also think it has just been taken over by a new owner who said the property wasn't on Expedia despite me booking and paying using it. It looks like the Expedia listing was still active and controlled by the previous owner so there was hassle between them because of the payment. Hopefully, this is just a blip and the new owner can make the most of what could be a lovely place and setting."

"A special place we went back to by nostalgia Just 1 hick We went out for dinner once and when we came back the entrance door of the reception was locked...by chance we saw another sideway we took which took us inside the property... But a charming place and nice furniture . Staff very nice thank you Television in the bedroom not working but they are in the mountains..so we can expect this... "

"We had a wonderful stay at Chez Momo II. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and there is able patio space to relax and take in the surroundings. Food at the hotel was phenomenal and very reasonably priced. Staff was very easy to work with and accommodating. I would highly recommend going for a guided hike to the “top of the world”. Ask for a guide by the name of Mohammed to show you around. Highly recommend this area of Morocco and this hotel specifically. "
