"Our room was clean and comfortable, however, needed additional lighting on the desk, between the beds and a nightlight in the bathroom. Why do all hotels give you one luggage rack when four can stay in a room? The hotel itself needs a facelift."

"Said that pool was available when was not they also charge 21 dollars a night for underground parking and was not listed and they dont let you keep your key to vehicle was not to happy with it"

"No matter what room or floor you stay in, you WILL hear the c-train- all night and then again bright and early in the morning. The gym is gross, no cloth to wipe the eqiupment. "

"Parking was easily accessed. The room was clean & quiet. Staff very pleasant. Had to leave before breakfast was served. I do think the fridge could be a little colder."

"The hotel seems perpetually under construction. It is usually cheap and is right on the lrt line for events at the saddledome. Also, the gym is in poor condition. "

"The room has a modern, clean look and was completely quiet at night with good blackout drapes. The amenities were excellent. Kitchenette with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, well placed outlets with USB-B and USB-C plugs integrated. Nespresso machine and separate kettle for tea. There was a filtered water and ice machine in the hallway. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the large shower has a place to put your foot when shaving your legs. Nice, large desk and office chair for work area plus a comfortable sofa for sitting. The breakfast, while pretty much the same as every other hotel's free breakfast, is in the beautiful 12th floor restaurant with fantastic views over the Bow River. We will definitely be back. We walked to and from the Jack Singer concert hall for a show (about 25 minutes one way) and also enjoyed walking to the Kensington area across the bridge. We didn't need our car at all after checking in, although the valet parking ($30) does allow in/out privileges."

"Their breakfast buffet got better. They used to offer either bacon or sausages at the buffet. During my recent stay, they offered both at the sane time. Their eggs are cooked nicely compared to other buffets I've tried recently."
