"No AC available. Was too warm in room. The bathroom is awkward with no shower stall and have to climb over a dangerously high tub to use a spray shower. The room was clean and breakfast was decent. Staff were helpful."

"The receptionist is not welcoming or friendly. It seems that she’s not of what she’s doing. The staff at the breakfast area is even worse. He talks to me very loud and attracts other people attention. There’s no order in the dining area . We don’t know where to sit and which area we have to get food. I know you have to prioritize the group tours but we also paid the same for our breakfast. The place is nice but some staffs needs to be oriented properly."

"The hotel is very close to the shrine . Very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Breakfast good. Would recommend Restaurante A Tasquinha where the food was excellent as was the service. We also enjoyed going to Manhas Restaurant which has been a family favorite. ."

"If visiting Fátima, great hotel to stay. Walking distance to the church and sites. It’s also near town where a great selection of restaurants and shopping are available. Highly recommended."
