"I spent 4 days in Marrakesh as a solo traveler. The hotel is located in a perfect spot, right on the edge of the main square. Very difficult to find a proper outdoor swimming pool in the medina but the pool is lovely there. I had a whole 1 bedroom apartment for myself and the price was very reasonable. Very good value for money. But the big thing for me was the staff who couldn't do enough to make my stay comfortable. Thank you Salma (you are a star), Zainab and Mohamed, you were all fantastic!"

"We booked for the family to experience the desert and a camel ride. The booking team arranged transport and camels for us. The overall service was excellent, Mohammed was very attentive and accomodating. The tent whilst 'hot'! Was very comfortable. The only issue was we unfortunately we had trouble with the shower and toilet. However, arrangements were made during the stay and the booking team were responsive and took remdeial action. What more can you ask for!"

"Such uncomfortable apartment. The Wi-Fi was not working for the fist 6 hours of our arrival. The tv was not working it was sorted at first by a technician. But through out the evening it kept losing signal. There are lots of problems with the apartment the bed is so uncomfortable because it’s so hard. When I spoke about this all I was given was a cover to put over the mattress. The sofa was so uncomfortable it is like a park bench covered in material, we where unable to relax comfortably....

"The property is beautiful, the staff are excellent, the free breakfast is carb-heavy and sweet, it is close to some main areas to get cabs, the souks, awesome restaurants, and it felt like a nice, more intimate environment.
