Muito bonita e muito bem localizada. Pousada confortável e charmosa. Atendimento de extrema qualidade. De negativo apenas o sino da igreja que toca durante literalmente TODA a madrugada e a estrutura de TV. A tela é incrivelmente pequena e um hotel deste preço não ter assinatura de canais básicos como Sportv e ESPN soa meio ganancioso.

Foi decepcionante. Reservamos um quarto com vista da cidade. Ao chegar, apresentaram um quarto com infiltração na parede e com um banheiro velho. Pedimos para trocar e a opção que nos deram era um quarto pequeno, com janelas mínimas virada para os telhados das casas. Pelo valor pago na diária esperávamos no mínimo um quarto espaçoso, com pelo menos uma cama King, uma pequena sala, lençóis de qualidade, e uma cama com cabeceira, ao invés, de um colchão encostado na parede. Ponto Negativo - Não vale o custo benefício. Ponto Positivo - Localização

Boa pousada, mas cara

Localização excelente e quartos amplos. Entretanto a pousada estava cheia e causou alguns inconvenientes, como falta de itens no café da manhã e água quente intermitente. Nada que tenha causado muito desconforto, mas dado o alto preço da diária, deveriam ter mais atenção a estes detalhes.

Custo beneficio razoável

Boa estrutura e bom atendimento. Porém, o preço da diária é elevado em relação ao padrão do serviço oferecido. Pontos a melhorar: estacionamento fica a 100 metros da pousada e possui número reduzido de vagas (compartilhado com outras pousadas), dificultando a entrada e saída de carros dos hóspedes. Fiquei quase 30 minutos aguardando a retirada do veículo de um hóspede de outra pousada, para conseguir sair do estacionamento após o check out.

Good location, beautifully decorated and very clean. Breakfast is good but dinner mediocre. Had reservation for 3 nights but had to cancel the last one due to flight changes. Hotel staff (that only spoke Portuguese) claimed that that had to be approved by Expedia. Contacted Expedia who said that they had to ask the hotel (Catch 22?). After several conversations with both of them I managed to get a small discount that was far inferior to the cost of one night. Will not use Expedia again.

Pousada bon ita, mas hospedagem decepcionante

Decepcionante, considerando o preço da diária. Os quartos do 3 andar, aproveitando o sótão, não tinham janelas - a ventilação e iluminação era por um buraco no telhado - e tinha uma viga de madeira muito baixa onde bati várias vezes com a cabeça. O banheiro é bem ruinzinho também, box com cortinas plásticas, um espelho mínimo redondo. A outra pousada do Grupo, D'Ouro, mais moderna e vizinha, tem uma relação custo benefício muito melhor. E o café da manhã também não era lá essas coisas.

Ótima localização e instalações. O único ponto chato é que o estacionamento era longe do hotel, sendo necessário pedir alguém para abrir os portões do mesmo. Seria mais fácil ter uma câmera ou interfone para facilitar a vida do hóspede que tem carro.

Pousada De Mondego is right at the center of Ouro Preto that makes visiting every destinations convenient. The room is very clean and neat, the staff is very attentive and the breakfast is delicious. Who ever plans to visit Ouro Preto, this will be the place to stay, highly recommend.

Excelente! Acomodação limpinha e aconchegante. Funcionários super atenciosos, principalmente o senhorzinho da noite que viu que eu e minha irmã estavamos sem nada para fazer em função da chuva então começou a nos mostrar os livros antigos que a pousada tinha sobre a arquitetura local.
