We never saw anyone that worked there, but that was ok too as we were sent our room # and code on the day of check-in and never had any issues."

"As a small family of 3 with one 6 year old child we don't mind sharing a hotel room, but when staying longer than 2 days we would prefer a more comfortable environment, especially when weather conditions are not favorable for skiing. We loved the comfort of the apartment, the flexibility of mobility throughout the floor plan, the ability to grocery shop and prepare food, the access to the amenities such as pool, sauna, jacuzzi, laundry and then of course the Mountain View! The outdoor patio was great for fresh air as the apartment is on the 2nd story. Not much to complain about with this experience! We wish we found this apartment option earlier in the season, but we will make sure to book again in 2026!!! "
