"The apartment was clean and in a convenient area within walking distance to the sites we wanted to see. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.. came and got the air conditioning to work; gave us a handle so we could open the windows for fresh air and held on to our luggage which was couriered from the airport after bring lost for 5 days. I couldn't get my TV to stay on for more than five minutes at a time, despite checking the settings which said that the sleep timer was not active. Online check-in didn't (nor did the kiosk on site), and refused to acknowledge my postcode, stating that the format was invalid. The reception staff were on hand to do it manually. "
