"In Owosso there are few options for a hotel and the Comstock is probably the best. The hallways & elevators needed cleaning bad. The room was adequate but the foam beads offered no support at all. I sleep on a firm bed and found theirs to be extremely uncomfortable."

"We booked this room for Memorial Day weekend to have a small vacation with our grandchildren in Michigan. We were looking forward to using the restaurant and bar and the kids were excited to spend the day in the indoor pool. For some reason the hotel decided to close the restaurant, bar, and pool on Memorial Day. WHAT????? The holidays are when people visiting family rent hotel rooms. We were not notified of this when we booked. Also they had the water turned off for four hours one day. This hotel is HORRIBLY managed to do this to it's guests. I expect a refund because the amenities we paid for were inaccessible. Never again will we stay at Hyatt!!!"

Very friendly & helpful Staff, LARGE rooms, very clean & comfortable. It was quiet (on a busy weekend), the area felt safe & the hotel hallways and rooms were fresh, clean and comfortable!"

"We stayed there for four nights. The beds were decently clean, yet the room has a stale smell, the bathroom fan was giving a weed smell for the first night. The staff was friendly and helpful. My recommendation for the management to add more towel drying racks in the bathroom and by the sink; replace stained and dirty mesh office chairs with a smooth surfaced chairs that will be easily to maintain in clean condition; and run the air conditioner on "dry" setting prior the guest's arrival. That all together may help to upgrade the general experience from "Good" to "Very good" or "Excellent". Thank you!"
