"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around. The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout. Our children were wearing light coloured socks and due to the hard floors not being cleaned properly, they were all filthy when we left. "Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious for two. Good facilities (though the cutlery is rather basic) and very comfortable. It took us a while to find a car parking space but having the parking permit passed were a godsend. Great location. "

"Located very close to the beach. Room is comfortable. Car park is a bit small and the road leading to the hotel is a bit narrow due to cars parked in the road. The small snooker table has been moved since our last visit making it difficult to get your cue past the walls in places. We love the atmosphere of this place. The food is really nice.
