"Great place to stay for the night. A little expensive for what you get. No breakfast and no chair in the room. But was clean and convenient place to stay"
"Our room was very clean and newly painted. The air conditioner worked great on a very hot day. The bed was too soft for our comfort and the tiny bathroom had no counter space.
We couldn’t find the ice machine.
We struggled with the locking system but were able to get it after a few tries.
The location was very accessible for downtown businesses and wineries and easy to find."
"Best place for the price in Sullivan. Amazing staff, clean room, comfortable bed and ricks famous burgers right next door. Will definitely stay here again."
"We had a nice stay here! The newly renovated room was big, clean and very spacious. The pool was fun and breakfast was very yummy. No complaints. Nice staff."
"The room was very clean, and the amenities in the room were great. My attic room was wonderfully cool, which is exactly what I needed after two long, hot days.
I had called ahead of time to ask about the breakfast option, but when I got there I wasn't given any information about breakfast. I wasn't even told about breakfast at all. Also, I arrived a little early and called the number on the door to ask if I could check in at that time. The person on the other end said no, which is perfectly understandable, but there was nowhere for me to go or to put my stuff, even though when I called ahead of my trip, I was told that if I arrived early I could at least put my bags in the office until check-in time. The person on the phone sounded a little frantic, which I understand when trying to turn rooms over for the weekend, but they were also a little abrupt and almost hung up on me.
I understand if the Inn is short-staffed, but there have to be better solutions for when people come from out of town and arrive early. At the bare minimum, when answering the phone, the person on the other end could show a little compassion for having to climb up those stairs with bags in 90+ degree weather.
Despite this slightly negative start to the weekend, the stay itself was very nice and I enjoyed myself. I would definitely consider staying here again."
