"Breakfast was good and staff friendly on check in and out. Bathroom shower had no pressure. Property on the outside and doors could use some updates. Bed very comfortable. "

"Overall our experience was okay. The staff was friendly, but the room unfortunately was not as clean as I would have hoped. As soon as we got into the room, I noticed that the bed sheets were ripped and a little stained and the shower still had some hairs in it from what I can assume was the previous stay. The next morning, I did ask one of the staff to have housekeeping come by and do another clean of the shower, which unfortunately didn't happen. Housekeeping came by only twice (we didn't need them to come every day) but on the second day they came, the pillows on my bed were left in a pile on one of the bedside tables, which was less than ideal. The front desk lady working night shifts as helpful and kind and I appreciated her help when I requested new bed sheets or shared a concern (I can't remember her name at the moment) Breakfast was fine, simple and really all you need. We did stay for an extended time (6 nights). I think if you are only staying one night, this hotel could be okay, but it may not be ideal for a multi-night stay. "

"Aside from the noise—trains and rooms not sound proceed or well insulated, the hotel is very nice and quite comfortable with welcoming staff and excellent restaurant for dinner only."

"Unfortunately renovations are underway so areas, including the bar, were closed. The room was clean, staff was excellent and the parking was easy. Great location close to downtown. Ill return when renovations are complete."
