"Reception staff was very friendly and lobby area was clean and inviting. Unfortunately, our bathroom looked like it had not been swept well and my kids had to request new sheets because of slight stains. The sheets were probably clean, but should have been thrown away before being placed on a guest's bed."

"I purposely booked this hotel to be able to be safe and walk through their connection to the convention center and it was closed and I was in notified. The only reason I booked this hotel at an high cost was for the safety and convenience of it being connected to the convention center. Also rooms are small, bathroom is like a school bathroom with low toilets. I do not recommended the bistro. Market needs more items and more help. Hotel needs to be updated."

"Came to visit Stevenson University, which is only a 7 minute drive from this hotel. Very friendly staff upon arrival & leaving. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very nice, no microwave though. Have to go down to kitchen to use the microwave. Nice pool & fitness center. Plenty of shopping centers and restaurants within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. We ate at Red Lobster. This hotel does have shuttle service. My husband and son's loved the stay and we will definitely stay here the next time we come to Owings Mills."
