Beautiful hotel in excellent location. Bus stop 2 mins walk away to either town centre or in opposite direction Blenheim Palace for a concert. Excellent Accomodation & clean & has everything you need & wifi. I travelled be train & will definitely stay here again.

At this price point I expected more. Self check in, additional cost for parking, no breakfast all contributed to making the cost feel high for what it was. Plus no make up of the room nor replenishment of coffee/tea/milk (and no visible way to request that as there were no staff about). Room was nice enough, and clean. Bathroom could have done with reflecting the needs of female travellers (eg feminine hygiene disposal bags?). Easy to get to the city centre / Summertown by bus or on foot (about a 30 minute walk). Not sure I would stay again.

Wonderful place and good price for centre of Oxford. No issues and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a room. It also isn't a far walk to Summertown or Jericho for food.

Clean and great value!

We’ve stayed here a number of times and we choose it because it offers great value for a clean and nicely decorated room. The rooms are spacious and airy and there’s parking available on the property. We like that’s it’s a little away from the centre of the city in a peaceful North Oxford. Always happy to stay here!

Good stay! Would recommend and come again.

Costa, the manager, was excellent. The hotel is very cozy. There is no elevator…so good health is required for 3rd floor rooms. Great location for the University. Reasonably walkable.

Safe quiet location nearby public bus to city centre. Clean neat spacious room with comfy mattress / pillows plus heating and hot shower. If shower cab is a bit bigger, it will be prefect.

Inexpensive no frills Oxford accommodation. Manager very responsive and accommodating. Good location with frequent buses to centre of Oxford (though easy for most to walk) and direct buses to train station. Clean rooms, kettle with tea and coffee. Good shower. No regrets. Would stay there again.

This was a great place for my husband and I to regroup from staying on campus before heading out on our next leg of travel. There’s no staff, which worked out well for us since we weren’t looking for any support or service. The room was quiet. We didn’t hear anyone else in the building during our short overnight stay. We stayed in room 20, which has a large bathroom with a roomie walk in shower (we noticed a sign for guest toilets pointing toward the basement when we came in, but we had no need for those). It was quite comfortable!

This was a great place to stay. The room was simple but clean and had everything I needed for my two night stay. There is no AC, but it was perfect with the windows open during the day. It's a little bit of a walk from the main area that most people would want to explore, but the bus comes right outside, so it's easy! I'd stay here again :)
