"Great stay and an amazing staff!"

"I will start by saying the location is great. Very convenient. The lobby and room were clean, except for our shower. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower. Gross. We booked a king room and got a 2 queen bed room. I called the front desk to ask and she said they were overbooked and that was all they had. We were bummed about that. The pool was closed so didn’t get a chance to use although it was chilly so not sure we would have used it anyway. Breakfast (eggs, potatoes and bacon) were unfortunately cold. The worst part though was on the other side of the wall from the head of our beds was the elevators. We heard them all night long! Would maybe stay again if the price was right but certainly would not be our first choice. "

"I’ve stayed at this property several times over the last 4 years. Staff is always friendly. The property has aged and the rooms aren’t as clean and maintained as prior stays. The coffee pot had old coffee grounds from someone’s last stay. The bathroom walls had repair marks that were never painted and shower didn’t look very clean. Was surprised this last visit so probably my last stay."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was almost non-existent. There were some cheerios and some mini muffins. The room was clean but the area getting to the room was not. There was a cover on the pool and things were growing out of it. The nozzle on the shower leaked water everywhere except out of the holes. We ran out of TP and called down for more with the cell phone because the room phone didn't work. He said we should come get it. But after some words he did agree to bring it up. When we checked out I reminded him that the phone didn't work in the room. His response: "Well the roof didn't cave in did it"."

"If you want to have the cleaning staff repeatedly knocking on your door before checkout, this is the place for you. "

"Loved this place and the layout of the suite we stayed in. Everyone was so nice and my husband enjoyed breakfast! Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area!"

"We booked the hotel for the amenities(indoor pool) but half the hotel was closed, tarped and under construction. The lobby furniture and surfaces were covered in dust from the construction. I have requested a discounted rate but have yet to hear from the property manager. The hotel website should have indicated the hotel was under construction, pool and gym were closed."
