"The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen. No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager...

"As a very well travelled person, i can perfectly rate this property as the best I have stayed when talking about hospitality at its best, staff are extremely amazing and hospitable. Clean rooms, clean environment, parking availability is amazing,best breakfast i have had in terms of freshness, organic and taste .
