6/10 Okay

"Citybox in Damasplass is an average stay. This particular property is a convenient train ride away from downtown Bergen and all its attractions. However it is not walking distance to any of the tourist attractions. Property condition: While public areas are clean and comfortable, the rooms are less appealing. We stayed in family suite with 4 beds and it was definitely cramped. Breakfast downstairs was $20 pp and felt overpriced for the choices offered so we skipped."

"The rooms are very small and with very little light. When inquiring as to why our shower didn’t have a door (and thus water was all over the bathroom making it dangerously slippery) i was told they are renovating and just hadn’t finished our room yet (my thought was they shouldn’t have put us in there then but…). That said the staff is nice, the breakfast very good and location quiet and walkable to most things."

"The hotel was nice and modern. The breakfast was excellent. Location was good too. Staff was friendly. Downside: outdated room was tiny, about the same size as a cruise ship economy cabin. Two of us could not be in the bathroom at one time. Our room, was only serviced 4 days out of the 6 nights we were there and no coffee was provided for 3 days. We had to go to the front desk to retrieve coffee. It was an nespresso pod machine and after 4 days no one emptied the used pods."
