"I recently stayed at Résidence Océane for a week for business, and unfortunately, my experience was quite poor. The hotel failed to meet basic expectations in several critical areas. Firstly, there was no fresh bedding linen or towels provided for the entire duration of my stay, so one large towel and 2 small hand towels for a week. This lack of cleanliness and attention to guest comfort is unacceptable. Additionally, there were no cleaners to address these issues or maintain the room's hygiene at anytime through my stay. This was evident even on arrival when I checked the bedding to find small shells of dead insects and pubic hair nicely scattered across the bed! While the facilities themselves were good and well-maintained, the lack of curtains in the room meant that I was greeted by beaming sunshine at 6am every morning, which severely disrupted my sleep. To make matters worse, alarms from nearby buildings went off throughout the night, making it difficult to rest. Overall, the poor service and lack of basic amenities overshadowed the positives of this hotel. I would not recommend Résidence Océane for a comfortable and restful stay."

"British couple. Mostly enjoyed the stay. Reception was bilingual, restaurant server was not but did their bestz Book your table early if you want to eat here, they had run out of a few things by the time we sat down to eat. The room was incredibly quiet with thick blackout curtains. We were disappointed with the air conditioning, which didnt cool the room well at all"

"This was our first visit to this establishment, but we will be happy to return. People are very important to us, and we were delighted with the friendly welcome by the gentleman on duty at Reception, when we arrived. His command of the English language was a real bonus! The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. A large, and very comfortable, bed; a delightful en-suite with shower, basin, and toilet; and, to crown it all, a kettle, that enabled us to make the tea/coffee provided. There was no milk (which my wife always takes in her coffee), but the gentleman at Reception gladly provided her with some. The breakfast was amazing, and the lady receptionist was also friendly. The variety of options was the best we have ever experienced in a "budget" hotel - and we have used a lot of them! Even the seating was of a higher quality than we have experienced in the past! The overall star rating is due to the fact that the toilet cistern seemed to be filling up every 15-20 minutes. We had thought, at first, that the noise was coming from other rooms around about, and that it would stop when everyone had gone to bed! If we had realised that the noise was from within our own room, we would have reported it to the gentleman before he went off-duty! "
