"The hotel was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle. "

"Clean room, nice staff. Hotel is very nice, however the area around the hotel has limited things to do such as dining, bars and or activities."

"I thought everything was great but in the evening it was so loud noisy and loud I thought it was supposed to be from like 10:00 p.m. till like 8:00 a.m. is supposed to be quiet but I don't know what was going on on the second floor but it was crazy yelling and screaming and I couldn't sleep at all horrible and they're still doing it now but I know it's morning"

"Staff was kind and tremendous. All my requests were fulfilled. Even letting borrow the vacuum to use to suck out air from my luggage bags. Very quaint, and charming area. A real experience in Queens. "
