No one in forced any loudness during night hours. Even at 2 am or anytime. The bathroom had a foul sewer smell daily. My stay there was for 24 nights. All the staff were excellent though

No safe in the room. I’ve never visited a hotel with twin beds in a room. We ordered a roll out bed and the condition of the bed was very poor. However we heard this was the nicest hotel in the area so we appreciate the service they provided.

No hot water. Warm at best. If you sleep in late no hot water at all. When you leave the room the power is cut. No air conditioning and refrigerator is shut off until you return. Nothing like walking into a hot room and your drinks are warm. Nice place otherwise.

Security: most doors are not equipped with security door locks. There are no safety deposits for your valuables in most rooms except only at Royal Suites. There is, however, a security guard on duty at the front door 24- hours. Restaurant: The menu selection is somewhat acceptable to foreign guests ( Westerners) but the prices are not what you see once you get the bill. This is a rip off. Reprinting the menu to reflect correct pricing might help. Room rates are reasonable Staff are very courteous and helpful.

For Ozamis this is possibly the best. Ate at the hotel and it was an interesting mixture of quite literally 5 star quality and not so good. Their blueberry frappe was so delicious I wanted to do a second one. They had a shrimp dish, which I can’t remember the name of that was basically cone shaped spring rolls that were again 5 star and phenomenal! I applaud their effort at the quintessential club sandwich. However they are hampered by availability of ingredients and the sandwich was just very poor due to that. It was however, freshly made with care, but unfortunately it was just not good due to ingredients. We upgraded to the superior room for a very modest fee and the bed and pillows were as good and comfortable as any hotel I have stayed in any anywhere in the world for 10 times as much… exceptional.

Very greedy hotel. We booked 3 days but wanted to stayed 2 days. They refused to refund the 1 day. But in exchange for food credit . Then they say the food credit will expire in 12 hours so you havw to used it asap. We book a room with king size hotel enough to sleep 2 adult abd 2 kids. But they force us to get another bed plys 700 peso charge. Their policy blah blah blah. Will noy be coming back
