"Check in and out was easy. The staff is very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking seemed safe. I will definitely stay here again. "

"No constant fan option for the AC. The sheets weren’t changed. The had stains on them as well. The shower curtain and bathroom as a whole were dirty and dingy. "

"The breakfast buffet has amazing fresh fruit and dinner was also very good. Nice bar area. The pool wasn't open for the season yet but looked like a good place to hang out. Our room has a balcony overlooking the lake. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner in our room was very loud and has difficulty cooling the room."

"Check in was horrible. The young girl was very rude. She was outside somewhere originally. When I walked in no one was at the counter and I just waited there thinking someone was possibly in the back or helping someone. Once she walked inside she walked behind me and around the corner to the counter and I said hello. She never greeted me. In fact minutes go by and she said “you say something?” I said, I said hello. She said oh and sat down. A few more minutes go by and she said do you need something. She was rude and unprofessional the entire time she checked me. She was sarcastic and said oh I didn’t know if you were here for groceries. Being that it was 10pm and we were exhausted I did not escalate the situation and because she looked like a child, maybe 18. However, that’s no excuse to tolerate this behavior as a company and she should be properly trained if she’s going to be in hospitality. Everyone else was good. The person at the front the next day was pleasant and the room keepers were very nice. Breakfast could’ve been warmer but that’s not a huge deal. I can obviously see this young lady was a fluke however she put a very bad taste in my mouth for holiday express and I don’t think we’ll choose them again. "

"Horrible stay - mouse poop on the floor, bugs in the jetted tub and I have bed bug bites- we should have left when we seen the poop- horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here "

"Overall, the room was a great experience. Wonderful view over the lake. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. Washer and dryer is also available for use inside the unit. The only complaint I had is that WiFi was not included in the stay and normal rate is $50 for 10 nights and three devices. Thankfully l"

"The pool and hot tub didn't have hot water usage,so we couldn't enjoy either one.Our showers were lukewarm.I will not go back."
