"What a truly amazing location. We enjoyed the cafe, museum and fruit market that was right next to the hotel. Walking the historic streets of Trapani really neat and the near by park has a Theater (Teatro Giuseppe Di Stefano) that hosts Opera during the summer and we were lucky enough to attend! "

"The pool is definitely the highlight for this property. Large pool with loungers and ability to access shade was great for relaxation. Showers and bathrooms beside the pool area were appreciated. Rooms were clean but in need of a refresh. Kitchen had a good amount of supplies but needed a microwave and better lighting when cooking or working at the counter. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest...

"Absolutely supreme! Super clean beautiful hotel. The public beach is 2 mins away but they have a private beach 10 minute walk and absolutely worth it- chairs are reserved and close to the water . The beach is like the Caribbean. Absolutely amazing hotel and I travel extensively . This hotel is great!!! Highly recommend. "

"Fantastic hotel and service, staff are very friendly and professional. We had a great stay. We went at end of August 2025. Three minor comments on the property (1) the pool was very cold - too cold for our kids - would be good if there was temperature control (2) a regular shuttle into town would be good, we hired a car but if there was a regular shuttle on an evening it would be better; (3) the beach resort was a long way, I wouldn’t bother with this if I was managing the hotel - it was wasn’t worth the effort and again the shuttle times are extremely limited, would feel trapped down there without a car."

"Lovely hotel. Private beach was perfect, really easy shuttle to the beach. Lovely pool area. Espresso machine in room was great. Dinner in the hotel was also amazing! The only thing we would have liked was easier access to the snack bar at the pool for drinks etc. we had to try and find a member of staff and found the opening times for snack bar, lunch restaurant, dinner restaurant and bar quite confusing. "
