Muy comodo todo, en la Recepción nos trataron de una manera muy amable, el lugar está a unos 5 minutos del centro caminando, en general todo muy bien, limpio y tranquilo.

Excelente atencion de las personas encargadas de recepción, desde el primer contacto en el hotel te reciben con una amabilidad increíble. El lugar muy limpio y comodo para descansar. Un plus es que cuenta con estacionamiento al interior, su Internet es muy bueno y te ofrecen servicio de alimentos

El hotel fue uno de los muchos sitios en los que nos alojamos en nuestra aventura a Hidalgo. Excelente elección para disfrutar Real del Monte

Fácil de encontrar y aunque no esta exactamente en el centro, solo son un par de calles las que tienes que caminar para llegar a el, el lugar muy tranquilo, tiene una linda vista y el personal muy MUY AMABLE. Baños limpios y agua muy caliente, mas de 100 canales de TV e Internet en la habitación, todo muy bien.
Una linda vista nocturna, muy tranquilo el lugar.

Llegamos por casualidad al alojamiento y fue una de las mejores decisiones que pudimos tomar, las habitaciones son bastante comodas y acogedoras, el Hotel cuenta con estacionamiento el cual tiene un costo bastante accesible, todas las areas comunes del hotel estan muy limpias, el personal es muy amable desde que llegas te reciben con una calidez increíble, sin duda alguna volvere

Fue muy buena opcion de hospedaje, su ubicacion es extraordinaria, cuentan con servicio de estacionamiento aunque no esta en las instalaciones cuentan con personal el cual se encarga de llevar a guardar el auto y no tardan mas de 15 minutos, tiene un costo extra pero es bastante accesible. Los servicios que ofrece son excelentes, cuenta con restaurante la comida es bastante buena, el costo del hospedaje es adecuado para todo lo aue ofrece. El personal encargado de recepción es muy amable y atento. Sin duda alguna regresare pronto.

Bueno pero no volveria

El hotel esta limpio y bien ubicado, solo que hay mucho pero mucho ruido en los pasillos lo cual hace muy difícil el descanso y eso que estábamos hasta el 4to piso, el internet nunca funcionó a pesar de tener el repetidor a unos cuantos metros, lo reporté y al de la recepción le valió no hizo nada, ni una disculpa, ni nada solo un "permítame déjeme ver"
