"Lwt me start by sayin I am not one to leave reviews. However this was a bad experience. Upon check in the employee was rude. He was experiencing difficulties with the internet, which I had known about from going to a previous establishment(it was town wide). That was not a problem for me, as I understand when technology doesn't work how its supposed to, it can be annoying, and even delay your work. However he seemed like we were inconveniencing him. Even answering the phone, and taking a reservation while we stood there. Whenever I've checked into a hotel, yes they might take a call, usually placing them on hold and attending to those waiting in the
Lobby. We booked 2 rooms, the rooms had an oder, I put car air fresheners in the ac to help with that, (it didn't work). My room had water pooling on the floor from, I'm not sure where. The hot tub was down and the pool was very murky. The lobby was cluttered and dirty. So we didn't even attempt their breakfast. Would not stay here again. I felt like I was at a pay by the hour hotel motel."
