"I wish this property would provide shuttle to the airport, shuttle for local tour, and shuttle to other RIU properties. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at RIU Vallarta. We'll definitely come back and visit again."

"I have to agree with majority of the positive reviews of the Riu Palace Pacífico. The property looks amazing. Very clean and fresh. Rooms are a nice size, and amazing dining options. The pool bar kept the drinks flowing and created a cool vibe to meet new people. The only cons I have… walls between the room are super thin and you can hear your neighbors. The property is 45 mins or so from Puerto Vallarta, so it is a hike, especially after a night out in the town, and if you enjoy a night life…not really much happening at the Palace itself, though the neighboring Riu Jalisco is where the parties are. All in all, I highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again…"
