But the lobby front desk staff was very accommodating, took care of us and got us in a room right away and took care of the issue behind the scenes. "Wow we couldn’t have asked for a more great stay! We flew in to SEATAC so my son could snowboard at Steven’s Pass. We got the 2BD Alpine Suite and did not regret it! It is situated right at the beginning of this cute Bavarian town across the street from Adventure Park. There is a gas station next door too. The only ‘bad’ thing I could say is that there was a family above us and there was a lot of noise but we were fine with it because I’m sure it wasn’t carpeted and had no cushioning. Also there is a locked door in the living room that leads to the inns kitchen or something but again not a big deal. We only knew this bc my other son slept on the couch in the living room. The ‘apartment’ suite is updated. Oh the only other negative was there are no drawers in the bedroom. Just closet with hangers. There is a big dresser in the living room but that’s not helpful. This is not enough for me to tell people not to stay here. But even a nightstand with 2 drawers or shelving in the closet would be helpful. Breakfast included was so much appreciated!!!"
