"Had to change rooms twice within an hour. A/C didn’t work, thermostat was set to 65 but wouldn’t get lower than 75 and hotel did nothing about it for 4 days, 2nd room sink just randomly started overflowing with no water running. We finally changed rooms at 11pm just to change again at 11:45pm that same night. Very little communication from their staff as all we kept getting told was we will have someone come look at it and the one maintenance man who actually did come verified no one came during the day. Loved sleeping in a 75 degree room in California when it was already warm outside. "
