"The air conditioning seemed like it was weak. The room was too hot when we had it at 65 and the room thermostat said it was 75. It just seemed like it took a long time to cool the room."

"The bell captain and team were extremely helpful. They said it would be less expensive to park in the parking structure next door for us and he helped us navigate to the correct entrance. It was so easy to walk out of the lobby and see the sights of downtown Hollywood and there is a viewing spot of the Hollywood sign. The pool was very comfortable and we ordered some drinks. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a requirement for guests to use their keys to go in and out of some areas and up and down the elevator...it's because it's so close to downtown and connected to the mall so it's for security. Although, it was an extra step, I'm glad it's required. We were there for a concert at Hollywood Bowl and there is a shuttle available online and it's just a quick walk through the mall. It was $9/person. Would recommend the hotel and shuttle."

"We loved staying here! It's a bit old, the rooms could use an update and some deep cleaning, but it's really a fun vibe and the bi level loft suite with a kitchen is fantastic for families. The complimentary breakfast was really great too! The walk to Disneyland was about 20 mins. Doable but kind of far. We didn't mind though. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"
