"Not what the pictures show. Found a roach in my room. Bathroom dirty. Elevator dirty. Definitely does not match the reviews. Pool area is beautiful. "

"My stay here was generally positive. The staff were generally very good and attentive except for the pool bartender who was not very friendly. This is an older hotel. The grounds are in pretty good shape, and the pool was very nice. Free buffet breakfast was excellent. The rooms are spacious but need to be refurbished and the furniture is outdated and needs to be replaced. The Expedia pictures do not reflect the true conditions of the rooms. However for the price paid one cannot complain too much. Not sure I will stay here next time. I’ll pay a little extra to insure my room is properly furnished. "

"Hotel in a very convenient location. On this occasion as the Queen rooms were not available we booked a junior suite which we thought would be one of the rooms with a kitchenette area however it was a rather strange room with a lounge area and a bath in the bathroom. There was supposed to be a coffee machine according to the booking but there wasn’t one - they provided one. Unfortunately the room was on the seventh floor and the WiFi does not work well on the area of that floor. In general the room and hotel were fine. AC TV etc worked well."

"Room was OK. Close to airport which is convenient for a quick stay. TV was old and screen barely worked. Bartender tried to charge us almost $100 USD for 2 drinks. After I questioned they changed it to $20 so be sure to check your bill!"
