"The staff was amazing! Kind, friendly and very helpful at every turn. The facility was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. "Water park" was lacking. Only 1 small area for older kids to play in the water and no big slides. The slides they did have were fun for maybe upto a small 8 year old. We loved the theme of the place though, very fun and incredible details. I'd go back with adults, cause there were a variety of hot tubs, 2 with indoor/outdoor options. I'd absolutely recommend for families with young children. But, the pools weren't enough to occupy my middle and high-schoolers for very long."

"Nice stay. Very cheap nightly rate so I have a lot more money to spend out in town or on attractions. Exactly what I was looking for. Room had a nice functional AC and big beds. Shower and breakfast could have been better but I got exactly what I paid for. Close enough to downtown to walk nearly everywhere too."

"It was a girl's weekend, one night. We were a little skeptical since All Star was the least expensive, with decent reviews, I found for that night. We hiked Saturday so it was nice coming back and sitting by the pool for a couple drinks. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was very nice. They also have a small building with games and tables in case the weather isn't the greatest. There was a nice playground for kids. The room was good sized, 2 queens, with a mini fridge and microwave. Lots of room to move around. Overall I would definitely recommend it."

"The room looked a little bigger in the pictures so we weren't expecting such tight quarters. We had a queen bed and a bunk bed. The play area and pools were great, loved going to Land of Natura and Timbavati wildlife park with our passes from the hotel. Luckily another member in our group had rented a house as we were part of a reunion and it provided a good place to gather. There wasn't a spot we could have all been together before and after the outdoor pool and bowery was open."
