"I had a good stay spending days in the woods and nights in town. I had a 4 night stay, on day 3 I had posted to make the room... it didnt get done. Next day, I again hung the placard to make the room, it did not get done on both attempts so i felt neglected. The staff is helpful, but what ever system they run to make the rooms up, didnt work. I am sure if I verbalized it to staff, it would have gotten done but I feel like the door placard is enough. Id stay again but I would def weigh other options"

"The room was fine but hauling a heavy suitcase up a ton of stairs when Iโ€™m solo traveling is not the most convenient. (I almost fell the stairs are very small). I donโ€™t remember reading a description about it when I booked the room. I would just say if they can update the website and let people know thereโ€™s no elevator and you may have a room upstairs would be a great idea. The room also had a very strange smell to it and the pillows are pretty much nonexistent. I really had a completely fine stay but I want others to have a realistic review to consider before booking. The location you couldnโ€™t beat and I got coffee at Rise & Grind right down the road less than 10 minutes - Best coffee of the entire trip."
