"The first impression was different from what we were expecting. The building is situated in a small street and there is not parking around. The front desk people were really nice. Nevena was one of the people that helped us the most while we were trying to navigate the area. The hotel is in a residential area closed to the University and Il Giulia Mall. You can walk to several restaurants and the Mall has a grocery store. The only issue was people hanging out outside of the Mall or hotel begging for money or drinking, but aside of that, I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place away from downtown. The staff again was really friendly and nice since the first floor of this hotel is the dormitories for the University. Just be mindful that there is no parking around building only for unloading and then you need to find parking. Good luck with that!!!"
"This hotel is a gem. 5 minute walk from the central train station, 10 minure walk from the city center, and right across from the main bus stops. It's incredibly quiet and clean. The staff is kind, warm, and attentive. Our room was simple but incredibly clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom needed some remodeling but it was not an issue for us since it was perfectly clean. The breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE. Tea, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate AND cookies are available to the guests in the dining room 24 hours a day at no additional cost. After we checked out at 11am, they kept our luggages for free in the office until 3:30pm, so we could walk around the city without worrying about carrying them around. Best choice ever!"
"We had a great stay at URBANAUTS #28! The unit was in beautiful and spotless condition, very modern with touches of the ancient in its open beams and exposed brick walls. Super comfortable bed and seating. The shower begged us to take longer-than-usual showers. Kitchen was well equipped, a bonus to have a washer with drying rack. Good air flow through the unit with windows on two sides and three opening skylights. There was a/c available, but not used. So grateful to have a lift for nearly the whole way to 6th floor. "
