The property is nothing like the description. It is old and disgusting. It has the quality inn sign. The name given in the reservation is different than the name on the building. The front desk was full of boxes and clutter. The person could not even find a pen in the pile of papers cleaning supplies all on the front counter. It was hot and was looking forward to enjoying the pool and it was black and covered in a tbick film that looked like oil sludge and trash bags. We had luggage and the carts are so old they were hard to wheel. Elevators dirty unswept and sticky tuff that looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Bathtub had a black ring of dirt. Ceiling covered in mold. Walls have patches as if they slapped plaster on them then painted. Definitely NOT what the description advertised. Even motel 6 would be 5 star compared to this. Only positive was the view. Very disappointed

Staff is friendly and helpful, everything is so far so good, the view is excellent, most of the room is facing the wide mountain view, it so fresh! This hotel is dated but they have slowly been updating a few things, such as the bed which is very comfortable! They first gave me a room housekeeping hadn't cleaned yet, but the front desk person was so very kind and helpful. When told I had dogs upon check in, they put us in a room in which we can drive up to the glass sliding door, and this was very convenient to take them out and go for walks, and he gave me a room overlooking the desert side - I loved the view. A few items in our room need some TLC but it didn't take away from our trip.

"Amazing balcony views for an unbeatable price! Our room at Scenic View Inn - Lake Powell in Page, AZ, overlooked stunning desert canyons, distant mountains, and endless red rock horizons—sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking right from the chairs outside. Clean, comfy bed, solid bathroom setup, and super convenient location near Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. For the low price point, this was incredible value—far better views than expected. Highly recommend grabbing a higher-floor room with balcony!"
