"The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was great and we enjoyed our supper too. Great stop over for weary walkers"

"Great property with friendly staff"

"Location fantastica, in via di ulteriore miglioramento. Proprietari estremamente carini e disponibili. Piscina gradevole e tante passeggiate da fare nei dintorni. Torneremo sicuramente a provare il ristorante e goderci un altro weekend in Appennino"

"Beautiful hotel, great restaurant. But the noise in the morning!!! The cleaning lady will wake you up at 7am, tossing brooms and buckets, sooo loud, plus someone from the staff was banging a door in the next room. The noise!!!!!!"

"What a magnificent stay. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every second. Our hosts are the warmest, most interesting hosts. Beautiful people and such a charming home. Thank you so much. Highly recommend it."

"I had such a lovely and unique stay! Bruno was a very warm and friendly host, and the property itself was absolutely wonderful. I’m really glad I stayed here rather than a hotel or hostel. The coziness of the B&B made me feel like I was at my Nonna’s or something :) "

"A perfect fit for our needs, easy access to autostrada, great restaurant selection, professional staff and spotless. "

"Food and service is amazing"

"Beyond our expectation ; clean, comfortable, friendly front desk"

"Nice place to stay, very pleasant and good was good"

"The owners were very nice and helpful. That’s where I’d stay if I was back in the area."

"Room was clean and very comfortable. Easy check in with host . We had the room located at the very top which was difficult to carry up heavy luggage . The room was very quiet despite bar crowd below ."

"Excellente expérience. Personnel gentil, chambre propre, petit dej agréable."

"Great B&B experience with a lovely couple"

"Lovely location and pleasant host. "

"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

"Ett fint och mysigt familjeägt hotell med lite äldre rum och inredning. Lite lyhört från korridoren men vi var trötta så vi sov gott. Ägaren och personalen är superhärliga och det känns som om hela samhället kom dit för att dricka kaffe och äta lite frukost. Så charmigt och trevligt tack vare personalens hjärta!"

"Lovely place, staff were friendly & the room was great, it was near where I was working for the weekend, and would certainly return, highly recommend :-)"
