"We spent almost three hours looking for our accomodation. None of the locals knew where it was and despite being informed over email that 'my unit would be guaranteed with law arrivals' it was not. We found the hotel several times but had no answer. Oh and one more thing, I booked this because Expedia stated that it was 4.4km from the airport, perfect for me to catch my flight the next morning. It was 11pm at night, so no traffic and it still took over 30 mins to get to. No where near the...

"This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness"

10/10 Excellent
We had a brilliant stay at Colombo Villa - the building is lovely and the staff are super hospitable. We thought it was a real treat to stay there. We highly recommend purchasing the breakfast: both the standard and the Sri Lankan dinner were delicious. The pool was a great way to refreshing after a long day exploring. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had the odd large bug and a persistent drain smell in the bathroom, which cleared when the fan was turned on - all part of the...
