"The rooms were amazing and view was great. Beach was quite dirty and lots of debris. The pools had a broken heater and were not swimable due to how cold they were"

"I give it a 3.0 rating. Most of the staff was great, a few mediocre. Rooms are a bit run down and aged. Hotel was generally clean for its age. I’m a Hilton person and compare it to a run down Hilton Doubletree. Food was below average - Luau food was comparable to a Golden Corral - almost inedible. Like airplane food on a domestic flight. Drinks at the Luau were disgusting, performance was good. I would not recommend this place unless you are on a strict budget. $600 per night!!! Spend the extra $100 to $200 per night at a better hotel. "
