"I had a really excellent experience staying here. The staff were really helpful and friendly, the room was large and clean, the price was very reasonable. Breakfast was good - the scrambled eggs were amazing, but the sausages could have been better (though I've had far worse).
The lounge area is very good, spacious and comfortable - perfect for a casual meeting."

"The hotel is clean. The reception staff are accommodating however i do feel ripped off. I stay in hotels for a decent nights sleep, and that was not achievable. The mattress was uncomfortable, there was a 2 inch gap under the door and the corridor lights didnt turn off all night. I payed an extra £14 for a breakfast that was not worth £5. The sausage had been cooked on such a high temperature the outside was cooked and the inside cold, the bacon had only just been introduced to a grill, the poached eggs flooded the plate with uncooked egg white, the coffee from a flask was warm at best. The breakfast staff had no idea who ordered what, so ended up walking round the room quizzing gets what they ordered, when a table number could have solved this, or a wooden spoon in the vase on the table with an order number. The hotel looks to also be used for staff family for breakfast. So all in all not a good stay and a complete waste of money. "

"Tired 'club double' room in need of a complete refresh. Overnight technical breakdown resulted in no hot water throughout the hotel during the first morning. Note that the indoor pool is small (3 able to swim at one time) and slots have to be booked in advance rather than turn up & use."

"Room was clean and staff excellent. We were upgraded to a sea-view as we were staying a week and the views were amazing. Only gripe I had was that the shower was great but too near the toilet so you had to back in as there wasn't enough room to turn - I'm big and the space to walk up the side of the shower to the toilet was about three centimetres smaller than my shoulder width."
