We stayed 2 nights and our stay was lovely. We haven't been here for over a year and we've noticed the positive changes. The parking has been upgraded and is much easier to access. Could do with another Mobility parking space as there's only one. The room was clean but our bed wasn't that comfortable, infact it was very lumpy and could probably do with a new mattress (R204). The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed our breakfast in the restaurant and also our dinner, which was very yummy. The service was great, our meals came out promptly.

The check in and staff was easy and friendly. The rooms were tidy with all the appliances we needed for the weekend. WRm spa pools x 5 were great and restaurant on site was a bonus with nice food. Will return.

Amazing people and exceptional hospitality. They made me feel at home even while I was away from home. Highly recommended! The day spa is excellent. The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The treatments were outstanding, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The room was very clean with an amazing ocean view. There is a nice little sitting area as well as a spacious patio. The bed was very comfortable. Great care has been taken to make sure that noise is a minimum so you can rest assure that you will sleep well. The bathrooms are a bit dated and could use a renovation.
