"They canceled our reservation the day before check in. Then called the day of check in and said they had a room. We stopped in and it was so dirty. Bugs all over the bathroom and in the room. Beds were a mattress on a metal base. They were only full size, not queen. We didn’t stay. "
"I would like to give this Hotel five stars because it has a lot going for it. It’s only two years old and well maintained. However, the acoustics between the room rooms is not great. The person in the room above me arrived at midnight and it sounded like they rearranged the furniture for 20 minutes and then for another hour after that they were rolling their chair around the room and walking with their shoes on. It sounded like they were in the room with me. I eventually had to move to another room at 1:30 in the morning. A bit frustrating when you’re trying to get up early. The staff were lovely. "
"Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable king bed. Was disappointed that the pool was closed for deep cleaning. The pool was the reason I booked here. Guess i should have called to confirm. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty "
"We weren't sure what to expect booking outside of a chain hotel. Room was attractively styled with numerous little touches that made it a delightful place to stay. Host was not on site when we arrived but made all the necessary arrangements via text message. She was very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area."
"Overall, the Hotel was clean and nice. A few minor issues… Our room did have some kind of a smell. I’m not sure if it was some sort of deodorizer or what, but it was not too pleasant. It wasn’t strong, but could definitely be smelled.
The only other thing was the water from the shower didn’t have very much pressure, (we were on the 3rd floor). Also the water was either kinda too hot or too cold. Hard to get a good happy medium. Last thing was the water was not draining well as I was taking a shower. It took quite a while for the water to drain out.
Please fix those things and it will be an overall wonderful experience to stay in your Hotel.
😊 God bless "
"Room, bed linens and floor were clean. The price was right, since I was just looking for a bargain stay for my last minute trip. Shower panels were falling off the walls, shower faucet/shower head assembly was not attached inside the wall; I thought the plumbing pipes were going to pull right out when I turned the shower on. It was a bargain, but the place needs some quality remodeling! "
