"Was a bit stressful in getting into the building due to problems in communication. It is all on-line checking in and getting keys to the building and room is a multi-step process, Make sure that you have a good coverage for your phone."

"Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience "

"There were several takeaways nearby, and a cafe but otherwise not much shopping. A small co-op about 15 minutes walk away and a mini sainsburys 20 minutes walk. On the other hand the bus stop was right outside and the tram stop only 5 minutes walk so easy to get to the city centre. But the key problem was communication with the owners. It came across as if it was all automated and they did not really care. I tried to find out about check in as sometimes samller places close check in early. No...
