"Breakfast was really good. Very convenient location. Room very nice. Loved the sliding door access to the parking lot, easy access as we forgot a few things."
"Spacious room. Nicely decorated. Wifi was great especially since we had no signal on our phones. Firm bed. Fridge and microwave in room. Shower tub was wide and had non slip surface! Nice towels and washcloths. Cotton balls and qtips at sink. Keurig coffee maker in room. TV had some caching issues but, hey, we were up on a mountain. The office is a nice retreat with coffee, and and a peaceful atmosphere. They had 3 outdoor patios to chill out as well and many seats outside your doors. The community kichen has cookware. Game room has Nintendo, Pac-Man and Foosball. Laundry room has a washer, drier and detergent. The river access is down the block, walkable. There is a picnic table and lounge chair at the river for use. Overall this place is the perfect place to kick back, relax and forget your worries."
"The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful when we needed to change rooms. Everything was clean and family friendly. It was a nice day."
"This place is the that I worst place ever stay the horrible nasty gross my room that I had booked for a few nights turned out to be infested with bed bugs and trying to get a new room they try to give me a room that was covered in dog hair and when I tell you it was so filthy it smelled like nothing but dog and a musty ass man they try to cover it up and turn off me another room that at that point all I can do is just sit in the chair all night because I was just too disgusted and since you all the f****** stains on the covers and when I try to get my money for the rest of the days that have not been used I'm getting a!! f****** the runaround by the employee who this this is one of the worst places ever to stay at in Barstow ever I rather sleep underneath the bridge with some old smelly homeless man then ever stay here ever again!!clearly lying through his teeth like come on now"
"Pros - The vintage cars are a nice idea & the room was functional.
Cons - Noise from main road, next to the motel, strange smell in the room, window to Room 115 lose and a potential security risk & AC unit needs cleaning, "
"When we drove up, I was worried as the area looked a little sketchy. However, do not let that deter you. It was very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and one was able to get eggs cooked to order. "
