My room was flooded with water from the aircon duct above that i have to laid a towel to absorb the excess water. I may slip and fall as i enter the toilet. The water keeps dripping from day till overnight.
I saw several flies flying around as i was eating breakfast and one dead fly on the table. I notified the waitress , she came , smile and walk away. (Senior staff)
The shower room was big and floor was slippery when wet. There ar eno supporting hand rails which we could hold onto . Not user friendly for old folks or folks with restrictive movement.
