"Unbeatable location ! This is the closest guesthouse you can get to North Korea, making it the perfect base. Combined with an incredibly helpful owner, with local tips, it allows a seamless journey around"

"Location is great"

"We had a generally pleasant stay at Onjae Suites. The suite was spacious, and the beds, pillows, and linens were comfortable. Although there is no front desk, the staff were responsive and communicated promptly through messaging. However, the messages were in Korean, so we had to copy and paste them into a translation app to understand the instructions and responses. Providing messages in English for international guests would make communication more convenient. Our biggest concern was the...

"Staff friendly & helpful"

"Very nice staff. Very comfortable. Nice area and fun to walk around!"

"Bed was very hard (okay for me but maybe not for everyone). Shower is just a shower head in the bathroom, no shower curtain or anything. Weird smell from the AC. Overall comfy and cheap, good vibes from the whole building. "

"Flood toilet was awful. Yellow toilet paper on the bathroom floor with poop. Noisy Chinese people talk the phone, snore, hit the bed. It’s the first time I went to third country then maybe it’s normal in Asia. But, I will never back."

"Very pleasant stay. Room was clean and check in/out was convenient. Good AC, WiFi, and hot water."

"Room was decent size and clean. The free washer and dryer on the 3rd was nice to have available. Only complaint is that mattress was a little too firm for my liking, but wasn't terrible and I still able to sleep well enough. I would rebook here again. "

"Clean & basic room - convenient location good value in a city"

"Location is very strategic snd near to all places i needed to go. Accommodation rate is very affordable and more than commensurate … thank you to Tella, for her hospitality."

"I liked how close the room was to the Subway. It’s likely my fault for not reading carefully but not having an elevator with wheeled luggage was not fun. I had to step sideways up the stairs also because the flat part of the steps did not fit my feet. I actually stumbled at the last part of the steps when leaving. Nice room if you have just a backpack."

"We had a wonderdul time! The place was beautiful and cozy with extra amenities which we were very grateful for! Thank you!"

"Staffs are so nice. And Lobby is so warm and cute. Rooms are some kind of simple but clean."
